@Kamdenek: I think the title of this article should be itramin tosilate. Per Wikipedia:WikiProject_Pharmacology/Style_guide#Articles_to_use_INN, articles about pharmaceutical drugs should be titled using the International Nonproprietary Name (INN). Although "tosylate" is the more common spelling in chemical nomenclature, "tosilate" is the spelling used for pharmaceutical drugs. Since the article is specifically about a pharmaceutical, the guidelines for that type of article should take precedence. To confirm the INN, see for example the FDA website https://precision.fda.gov/uniisearch/srs/unii/W9H0R50KY0 where the INN is specified. Reba16 (talk) 02:04, 15 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I do not understand. I opened the link above ( https://precision.fda.gov/uniisearch/srs/unii/W9H0R50KY0 ) and read: Preferred Substance Name: ITRAMIN TOSYLATE. Kamdenek (talk) 14:05, 15 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
OK, now I noticed the "INN" in brackets. If you still think the title should be "itramin tosilate", feel free to move the page. Kamdenek (talk) 14:14, 15 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, sorry if I wasn't clear. The text "ITRAMIN TOSILATE [INN]" at the link indicates that synonym is the INN. Before moving the the page back, I will wait a bit to see if anyone else wants to weigh in. Reba16 (talk) 00:23, 16 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
